everything smooth. there was a wait because of saturday but told in advance so able to make plan.

Had a great experience they were very informative about pricing and how things for your car. You need very helpful. The staff was amazing. I honestly truly like this place a lot.

You guys are awesome. Helped me with oil change upon walk-in and saved me a lot of time and effort.

I got there 8am and it was by 915am

I am 75 years old this was the best experience I have ever had at a tire store in my life.

I've been satisfied with Big O for years now and highly recommend them. In fact I'm going to apply for their credit card, so that I can always have my car looked after by their professionals.

This Big O Tires location is too small, but worth considering for future services.

I received great customer service from Delores Rivera.

I had a slow leak in ONE tire. Took it to Firestone first to look. They told me I had to replace all 4 tires since my car was AWD which would've cost be 1.5k (note I replaced all 4 tires in my car a year ago). I walked away super frustrated. After that drove right over to Big Os. In 45 min they looked at my tires, saw it was a nail, patched it and cost me $50. I appreciate the speed and honesty from Big Os. I now do not trust anybody else. My #1 tire place.
