Big O Tires

I had a slow leak in my tire. The representative said that the leak is not fixable and I need to change all 4 tires and it would cost me $400. It made no sense. Later I went to a nearby tire shop and they fixed the leak in $30 and mentioned that my all 4 tires are fine for next 10k miles. It felt like this particular big o tire store does not want to fix tires, but only sell tires. I'm never going to recommend this store to anyone.

A think you guys don't like a walks in, I went here and ask the guy (who was talking to an other guy) I need to fix a flat tire a he said not we don't have time for it today, so rude like no came here and ask, this was on a Saturday around 4:00, they close at 5:00 but they web site said there is not busy a this time on Saturdays, so bad that the other place close at 4:00.
