Big O Tires

I brought my car in before because my tire kept getting low and was told nothing was wrong with it. It kept happening so I brought it in again and now am told that not only is there a puncture but the tps monitor was leaking and I was charged $40 for this. Not happy, won't be bringing my car in again

The person that served me he told me what I need and what I don’t need. Good explanation. And wait time is was fast. Other than that, on time done their job as they said one and half hour and it done by that👍

Set up appointment tires were not there when arrived! They told me they would call when they arrived to bring car called didn't receive a call back had to call check on the tires. They said they arrived took the car in at 11am AM and they called me at 5 PM to tell me they ordered the wrong tires...didn't get the car back until following day at 4pm. 3 day ordeal which should have only taken 1 day. I've purchased tires from bigo for 20 years never had such a bad experience.

Service was very friendly and supportive, pricing accommodation was made given our long history as a customer, communication was constant, work was done well.

I purchase two run flat tires with alignment over $700 Big O tires gave me a used crack valve cap. Basically they forgot to put one on, so I came back within 30 minute after driving away to let them know that one tire missing valve cap. They did put one on for me but i check it again it used and cracked. These tires cost $270 a piece plus fees they can't even provide a valve cap.

I called the service station around 4:15pm on a Friday & asked if an appt was necessary for an oil change & was able to visit quickly. Fast friendly service & done quickly by 5:30pm. Inspection info given as well.

Had two of my tires replaced on Friday. It's only Monday and one of my tire valves already needs to be replaced in less than three days.

Staff were very nice and very helpful. Fit me in same day. Great service!

My car caught on fire after having it serviced, the service guys didn't put the oil filler cap back on. My my was driving at the time and could have died had she not parked and gotten out on time.....

They got my tires on in half the time they estimated. Easy location to go run errands while I waited.

My other car caught on fire because they didn't put the oil filler cap back on, it cause an engine fire.

4 brand new tires and the next day 2 are flat (one of them was beyond repair). 2 people in the car industry tell me its improper beading and big o owes me a new tire. I still ended up having to buy a new tire. I think they think I have money. I promise I'm suffering.

The team at the Van Ness location is great. Friendly and helpful and takes pride in their work. Will be back for sure.

Rip off two front brakes for $486 the time before I went there they went to fix a flat tire with Philips flat it was $89 and it took him 6 hours to even look at the car biggest rip-off place ever South Van Ness location!

Promotion, good customer care, associate were politely explained about service and products

I change out my regular tires with my snow tires each season and its always been $100. this time it was $160!! how is a price increase like that possible?? I will not return here again.

Tow Company recommended store, was going to go to other Big O. Said okay, went. Boss very nice and helpful training everyone and going back and forth with great oversight, my car just got finished and everything went well until he left and then it was like a light switch got turned off, the staff turned turned mean and rude. Horrible service, ignored and suddenly of 4 working computers, only one worked apparently, stuck there another hour waiting when my car was completed.
