Big O Tires

The guys at Big O are great. I explained I had a weird bouncing when losing traction. They offered to check for free. Found out strut was bad, something the dealership didn't find. Replaced them and no more weird bouncing. My only complaint would be it took a long time.

As another business in Oroville Big O Tires has always taken care of us in a very timely fashion. Always great customer service.

The staff clearly and professionally explained what I needed for my car, which tires would be best and why and what future repairs I need to consider. They did NOT pressure me into completing repairs now but explained a reasonable timeframe I should consider.

I have built trust with Big O over several years, especially with their professionalism and expertise.

Great customer service. They were clear about the prices and were able to keep my appointment time.

Came in for an oil change, and knew I needed front brakes. They stated they could have me out under two hours, which they did with plenty of time to spare. Very happy were the work, and promptness.

Because they are always there for us not matter what, They go above and beyond service for us

only issue was no call Monday when suppose to especially when they had jeep whole weekend... ? other than that everything was great!!

From pulling in, til the job was complete. Everything went very smooth. With have warranty on tires and wheel alignment, the process was quick and received a step by step explanation of what was done. I appreciate the whole staff. Didn’t get the techs name, but Daniel and Jose in the front made the check in and check out process very smooth.

Dear Mr. Jim Miller, I want to tell you I how happy and pleased and grateful I am with the awesome service I received recently at your Oroville Big O...Your employee Josh Dunham is amazing...you must be very proud of him...he offered me a great deal to fix my brother's Toyota Tacoma that I use to run errands for my elderly mother and to take her to her Doctor appointments... We had given up getting the truck fixed because a few months ago "Dirk's Automotive Service in Oroville had quoted a price of $2000 for all 4 ball joints on the front end. My brother couldn't afford it, and I kept driving the truck with great anxiety. But when I mentioned this to Josh when I came last Wednesday to have the tires rotated (because we bought the tires from you), Josh offered a much better and feasible price compared to Dirks! I called my mom and brother with Josh's offer and they very happily accepted his offer. After talking to Josh and only because of Josh, we will be bringing our old little Toyota pickup into your little shop to service the new "ball joints"�(these new ball joints that Josh installed have grease ports and are serviceable-the stock ones were not. Also we want Josh at your shop to change the engine oil at the same time...Really I have come to trust Josh with our truck because of his obvious honesty and amazing skill and because he put the parts in..(of course I don't mean that Josh personally has to service our truck every time we bring it in!...of course we trust all your guys and Josh's co-workers. Something else Josh did for me...I had brought in some old stock steel rims for the truck...I hated the chrome ones on the truck...but the rims had old unusable tires on them and were beat up and a little rusty...I was just gonna have Josh take the tires off and I would bring the rims somewhere else and I would look for someone to fix the dingy corroded rims...but I was afraid I couldn't afford that, so Josh offered to clean the rims and throw some paint on them for me and I couldn't believe it...how cool...if Josh did that I could have the rim conversion thing done and the Ball Joints replaced (also Josh installed new bearings on the front end and alignment) all in one day! Long story short, Josh really helped me and my family...he provided most excellent service at a great and affordable price, saving us not only money but a lot of time as well. Sorry for the length of my story Mr.Miller, but my mom, brother and I are so grateful to you and Josh and your shop, that I felt compelled and duty bound to share this good story with you, the owner. Thanks again Mr.Miller to you for your store and your amazing employee Josh and all the professional and kind employees at Oroville Big O. Looking forward to coming back in for oil change and the regular service on the new Ball Joints Josh installed. Excellent experience. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Have brought my two cars to the Oroville, location for the last three years.

This was the first time taking my Honda to Big O and I was treated so well, I'll definitely bring it back the next time it needs services.

The people are great and friendly.
