Everyone was very nice and happy to help. This is without doubt the best Big O tires to work with. The Manager is always seen with customers or, assisting employees. The employees are friendly and work well with each other. Everything is done in a professional manner and completed correctly the first time. I'm from Reno but, I wait to do tire needs, alignments, etc. when I'm here (Oroville) visiting my 83 Mother. I like this particular store because of the accuracy and friendliness. I've never returned with any issues. My Father Used this store for many years when I was growing up. My family will always use this tire store.

They treat me well down there

I went to the appointment prepared to stay a while and although there was a problem getting a part the time it took to complete the job was still was still okay with me. Dan and Jose at the counter were very helpful friendly and respectful and the mechanic that did the work was very well trained and did a fantastic job. I'm completely satisfied with Oroville Big O tires and service and will be back faithfully every 5000 miles. Awesome F150 2" front level kit by Truxxx and a new set of BFG KO2's. The work done was OUTSTANDING, and I will tell all of my friends and family to take their vehicle there. Thank you

My alignment was still under warranty so i felt it pulling to the rite took it in they set up appointment and took a look and found a bushing needs repair.

Easy to make an appointment. Timely, pleasant service. Everyone was especially helpful (I am disabled.) The show room / waiting area has been beautifully redecorated and is much more comfortable now. Thank you.

My 5 new BFG/KO2's were ordered overnight and was ready to mount the next day. Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and Devon at the counter was very professional and everyone was very friendly. For being a Tire store it was extremely clean and all the employees had uniforms and smiles. When I was paying the bill and receiving the paperwork I was impressed with being given a printout of how my Jeep's alignment was out and it showed the computerized correction that it was given. When driving the canyon back home I felt at ease knowing that my Jeep was worked on by professionals and when I got home I told my wife that's where we'll take her car for now on also. Thank you Big O of Orville, very fast ordered overnight, I arrived late at 2:30pm, received a lube and oil change, front end alignment and 5 new tires mounted and balanced and I was back on the road by 4:20, that's pretty awesome in my book.
