my battery was dead at doctors. walk to bigotire they lent me their portable jumper battery pack took truck back to store . got new battery installed in ten minutes and were back on the road .Guys were super friendly..Will back for tires soon...Thanks to Daniel Gutierrez

Great service! You guys discovered a tear in my tire! Even though you didn't have my trucks brand of tire you were still able to replace it with a similar style because I could not wait for a few days for an ordered wheel to come in! Thank you very much! Trish

Made an Appt for my AC & Brakes. A F-150 ford that i'd bought 2 weeks ago. They saw numerous things that i had no clue ( Do Now👍) The guys actually gave me and mini eduacation while getting my truck road worthy and drivin great. Our Big O in Oroville Ca. is my families go too. We've also bought tires from them with them helping with tire knowledge. This Nail Pounder appreciates our Big O👍🇺🇸🇺🇸

Daniel Gutierrez made my visit easy and convenient. When I called Big O for prices on Saturday Daniel emailed out the door prices to me on a couple different tires. I emailed him back and he told me to come in Monday at 8am, if it was convenient for me. When problems were found with my brakes he took me to my vehicle to show me the things that were wrong. He didn't just tell me what was wrong, he showed me. I appreciated his honesty. I will recommend Big O to my family and friends.

I always feel that the staff at Big O Tires is consistently kind and helpful. I have my oil changes and tire rotations done on a regular basis. Mark (he is a GM now, don't know his last name) is an exemplary Big O Tire employee and exceeds in customer service. I just brought my car in because my breaks were squeaking. I was told they were fine and didn't need replacing. They cleaned them and that fixed the problem. They also fixed my heater! It is soo refreshing to go into a "mechanic" shop and know you will not be taken advantage of. That is what keeps me coming back to Big O Tires.
