Very good service

Greeted by service technician who took our flat tire from our trunk and carried it into his garage. We checked in very quickly and the tire was fixed promptly.

Got me in under an hour. Very friendly and easy to to get along with. I'll most likely be going there for future services as we are new to oroville. Went back for a correction no questions asked. I enjoyed that. Thank you.

A neighbor notice my brakes were making a noise so I called Big O & ask if I could bring it in to be checked. I had it at the shop in 10 min. (we live close) We went over prices of what it would cost to fix a brake problem & signed for service & left .They called me after doing a complete inspection & went over the my options. It was ready the next day1 Great fast friendly service

Your staff Hit it out of the park in all phases. Kept me informed, great work, figured out what the issues were and fixed them in a timely manner. Great Shop!! Took my vehicle in after finding one tire almost flat at 4 PM on Christmas Eve. They were very accommodating even though they were finishing their last customer so they could close they fixed my flat as soon as they were free. Very thankful for Oroville's Big O quality service & nice employees!!

I needed my front breaks done and my Husband called to make an appointment. They are always friendly and genuine there! I dropped my car off and they had it ready in a little over an hour! I was amazed! Great value, great service and honest people. Will be bringing all our vehicles there from now on.
