Big O Tires

went in for oil change and tire rotation went home had oil dripping on drive way tire sensor lite on no oil sticker in window came back in next day waited in line for my turn told advisor my issues told they dont reset tire sensors and could I wait untill he waited on other people first! so for 130 dollars i have oil spots on my drive way and tire sensor lite on not sure if they even adjusted tire pressure I would not recommed anyone to go there.

Went into the oroville CA big O tires shop for a front end alignment. They aligned it and charged me 89.95. Mark told me I was in the green and everything was tight including my ball joints... took it home to my dad and he checked the ball joints himself because I was heading on a long trip. He told me they were bad and there's no way they should have been able to align it. Me and my dad went back to big O and told Them this. 2 employees mark and Luis insisted the ball joints weren't bad and that they checked them. Then another employee came over and said watch the tires bow as soon as you lift the Yukon off the ground. He told them that we were right and that the ball joints were indeed bad. Then I had to go down there 3 separate times while they put me throUgh the ringer about getting my refund. I have a 2 year old daughter and was about to drive her 600 miles up the coastline in my 2001 Yukon because these employees told me the front end was safe. I'm very lucky my dad checked. I used to recommend Big O to friends and family. But that changed this past weekend. I thought you should know about this.

IT WAS GREAT! ALWAYS LOVE THE SVS

My car battery was dead when i picked my vehicle up. I hadn't had any issues with the battery before I left it the guy apologized for possibly having something left on. Car was veering too far to right brought back and they said it's because one tire that they told me over the phone was "close to replace but not necessary at the moment"� actually needed to be replaced or rotated back to the back and said I could come back at a later date to have fixed. I drove about 15 miles when my tire pressure monitor went on. The level was only at 20 in the front tire. Unacceptable! I am worried about how poorly the break fluid and cabin filter being changed as It seems the staff is not knowledgeable!

They are great, I will keep going to them. I just wish my car would stay fixed.
