Big O Tires

Took my work truck there because my front end shakes when vibrating. Long story short they've replaced every part on my front end and even did, shocks, bearing and 1 caliper to the rear. After taking it there 3 times and spending now almost $6,000 on this one problem I am forced to take it elsewhere to try and get it fixed. Huge mistake by me taking it to someone I didn't know. Won't be back. Be careful what you take your rig in for here. Maybe just tires? Best of lick to you all. Guys seemed nice and professional, just can't do the job.

They lied about me needing new rotors my rotors had never been turned and did not need to be replaced. I had to go to another repair shop to get the truth.they tried to get me to spend 800. dollars on a repair that should have cots under 200. Hundred .will never go there again and plan on telling everyone I know how they tried to cheat me.shameful

Got an oil change on a Groupon. Purchased the Groupon while standing at the counter. Was not told about the up charges. Only got oil changed. No other services were done. As are done at other oil change services. Such as washing windshield and vacuuming the vehicle. Also no diagnostic report was given such as letting me know the status of my breaks and that I have a running light out. But! I was told I needed new tires. Also my vehicle was used as a shuttle to get me back-and-forth to my job

I had an oil change.. My washer fluid did not get filled and Who ever aired up my tires put 50 psi in each one!!! They also did not put one of my valve stem caps back on.. (they were orange with a smiley face I special ordered from Amazon) When I went back there to see if they had it they told me we always put them back on.. I told him this time they didn't.. He then tells me .."you know sometimes kids steal them".. Kind of funny they have been on there for over a year and nobody stole them before.

Went in to get an alignment an when it was over I asked for the spec sheet in which they couldn't provide. Wasn't informed anything about my truck as far as what to watch for or anything for that matter. Was givin an attitude when I asked about the spec sheet an didn't end up getting a recipe either. Usually the alignments come with some sort of warrantee but I wouldn't know because I wasn't informed of anything. Won't be going there again.

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Font desk person was very RUDE, will not be going back to oroville store.

Big O has been my choice for car maintenance for a couple years now. I have always been pleased with the quality of the customer service, and the vast knowledge of the service personnel. When my car broke down out of state, I was told by a dealership I needed a new engine. I took it to Big O for a second opinion - and to see if they could replace the engine if needed. They were able to repair the engine at a third of the cost, offered financing at reasonable terms, warranty their products and service, and got me back on the road quickly. I am constantly impressed by the level of service these guys give. They always know my name, treat me courteously, and most important listen completely to my issues with the car, and consider the distance and environment I frequently drive when recommending products and services. Big O, Oroville, is my car hero.

I had my daughters car serviced for a tire rotation, and they told me they wouldn't rotate the tires as they were so I had to purchase new ones. Then after replacing the tires told me I needed an alignment done so I came down the next day to align the tires. When my daughter decided to take the car on the highway to go to Chico, she noticed the car was pulling to the right and that when she went over 60 mph, the car would jimmy on the front end. So I proceeded to take the car in a third time and tell them the problem. They had put on a faulty front right tire which was causing the shaking at high speeds. VERY disappointed in the work that big o tires in oroville has been doing, not just on my daughters car, but on all of our cars there have been many problems. The lack of attention these mechanics are paying to the cars is just ridiculous!

Do not go there I was told it would cost 900.00 for battery and alternator I found out it was ok they wanted 250.00 for a battery I bought one for 130.00 at auto zone I was charged 50.00 to put my old battery back in my car don't go there this wAs from there manager you can't trust them

I really appreciate the courteous and respectful way I am treated each time I go to Big O Tires. I feel very safe and secure after my tires gave been balanced, and pressure checKed.
