After a bad experience at another shop, Big O in Oroville was able to schedule me quickly and answer all my questions. They were really so great, and I will be scheduling future appointments with them.

I came in for a synthetic blend oil change using a Groupon with an appointment. Wait time for oil change approx 45 minutes. Much to my surprise then removed all 4 tires to check my brakes. They also removed my in cabin air filter and forgot to put it back in. The customer service rep call me to tell me about it but I don't live in Oroville full time and was already on the road. He agreed to mail it to me and he apologized. I am not yet home but I expect the filter to be there when I get there. My husband will have to re-install it when we get home. An honest mistake.

The guys here are so polite! and always greet customers with a smile. They explain needed repair in a manner in which I can understand. They have never tried to sell me repairs I didn't need. I feel like I get treated with respect and honesty. In recent purchase of a pre-owned vehicle, they inspected a couple different cars for me and the charge was more than reasonable. I won't go any other place for my vehicle maintenance and repairs.

I went in for a rotation and alignment. Asked if there was any issues before I took it home. They replied as "no everything looks ok". I then drove my car from California to oregon approx 220 miles and the whole time I was veering off the highway, and tires were shaking at high speeds.

To: Jim Miller Owner Big O Tires During the past two years, I've had suspension work, new tires, radiator R & R, and oil changes done at Big O on my Mazda SUV, and my wife's Chrysler Van. Jesus and Mark (last visit) have been my main contacts. The customer experience has been simply outstanding in every way possible. The recent problem "front-end clunking noise"� was a bit difficult to verify, but persistence prevailed and the stabilizer bushings were found to be worn. After replacement and realignment, the van drives really smooth and quiet. Thanks again guys!

Before this visit, I would have rated your service a solid 5. When I initially brought my car in, just over a year ago ... I opened a credit account; bought 4 new tires and had struts replaced. My initial concern was that there was something going on with the front alignment and drive and I wanted it fixed. Tires, Struts, oil change, alignment and the shop said that I was ready to go ... all issues resolved. I drove the car off the property and felt the same pull while driving / steering that brought me to Big O to begin with. The repair guy took it out for a drive and said that they could not feel, hear, sense anything wrong. I told them that with the credit already approved, now was the time to fix whatever was wrong. They insisted that nothing was wrong. I drove the car only 2300 miles since that event. Since I was driving the car so few miles, I decided to sell it. Being a good neighbor, I took the car in for oil change and tire rotation before advertising it for sale. While waiting for the car servicing the tech. came to me with a bill for $450 Replacement of Left Tie Rod .... REALLY??? Now that I do not have the money and after I begged them to fix it a year ago ...now that I am prepared to sell it ... only 2300 miles since the original work, they now find the issue???? What I initially thought was outstanding service, was lacking. I denied the work because I could not afford it now. I would have recommended you to friends and neighbors and relatives ... now??? not so much. My level of disappointment can not be measured.

I was charged 105 dollars for a bolt that goes on my swing arm I was charged a full hour of work to put one fabricated bolt on my jeep. Wasn't even the right bolt. Was charged 31 dollars for ordinary bolt with no bushing. I waited 4 hours to get my tires on. Didn't receive a spare like I asked for. They were helpful getting me credit for the tires.

I had my car in to have tires rotated and balanced I had to bring back my car three times and it fell off again. My husband brought his pickup in because the front end needed to be fixed. They put in a new part but the Problem still is there they told Him everything was good
