The employee who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable and honest. He offered us coffee and water. Unfortunately, one of my new tires is losing air and there is no local Big O store so I will probably have to pay for service. Just as an aside, there was no soap in the bathroom.

Great service in a timely matter..

After I drive my back to my home. The tire pressure sensor alert me. After I rest my car overnight since I am very tried at that day. I measure the tire pressure next day morning. I measure tire pressure at cold tire. One new replaced tire pressure is 37 psi and another is 32 psi ( I replace both front tire ). Recommended tire pressure is 33 psi. It make me disappointed how good knowledge your technician. Other than that, Everything is very good.

Mark Fultz was excellent! The shop was so very busy, but he took care of me as if I was the only customer there. He took the time to show me my worn rotors and told me what needed to be done. I was very impressed and grateful for his time and attention.

I was very very happy with the service but very unhappy with the fact that I had to pay $60 in fees and taxes for a new tire that was 3 months old when it got a blowout and I brought it back when I had a coverage Roadside Assistance Plan

My car feels great, even had a competitors price honored... all thanks to Mark - my fellow Rican (he'll know what I mean). He had me laughing & even was able to give great customer service to others while assisting me all in a timely manor. It was great, he deserves a raise! Will be back for my alignment:)

I buy all of my tires at this Big O and have been returning for years because of one person. Your manager Jesus is spot on with his customer service. He always goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect.

Overall, my experience was good. I wasn't pleased that one mechanic drove the vehicle with road grime all over his hands, leaving it on the steering wheel. Also, they forgot to re-install the spare tire until I brought that to their attention. The latter situation, however, was remedied very quickly, and I believe one employee was in training, which may explain it. Everyone was friendly and responsive, and the overall quality of service was good.

The guys were super friendly and professional stopped in to get a oil change. I'll diffanently be coming here to get my vehicles serviced.
