Big O Tires

Happy to just drive in without an appointment, have the oil changed. With my activity level, being on-call for out of town work, I cannot just make an appointment for the next week.

I typically do not like taking surveys. Thanks for making this "review" easy to complete.

Mark the service writer was very knowlegeable and made sure that I understood each process and why things costs what they do. I was very satisfied.

I came in earlier, and Devon gave me an estimate, suggested the tires that would be good for my SUV. I returned on Fri and had the tires mounted, balances and aligned. All went well. Thank you

I had brought my husbands truck in for a flat, this truck we had just bought a few months ago and I was not sure that the flat would be covered, but being as we always buy our tires at the Oroville, Ca. store they were so wonderful as to fix my flat for free, They are a bunch of nice guys that work at this Big-O, Thanks for the great service is was given. I usually don't leave reviews but I feel like for something like an auto shop it is a little bit more important. Guys in the shop were friendly, worked with me, didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of bs I didnt need, etc. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend. Definitely went above and beyond

The service they did on my tires seam to be fine so fair,but I have not driven it that much yet to see if they took care of the problem.

Came in for two tires, front brakes and oil change. Dropped my truck off and was called back 4 hrs later, Done The guys up front are great and the prices Bar None the best in town. They don't try in Anyway to over sell you on anything and I will be bringing my Wifes car there Soon for 4 tires and Service. Love these Guys

was in and out quickly missing bolt replaced and other side checked did not check front tires, had oil changers check that

I was in for a front end alignment. The service was fast and they advised of further work that was needed,but wasn't necessary at this time. The staff was knowledgeable and didn't try to up sell me, I'll be back

They pointed out the problems with my car when I got it fixed, but after I got it fixed I wanted to see the changes they did but they didn't take the time to point it out to me. Besides that everything was good.

Mark Fultz has been very transparent with us, easy to reach and communicate with. I never feel like I'm getting jipped or ripped off.

I had the following service: new tires, new shocks, new ball joints, alignment. I was advised that the steering would be stiff due to the new ball joints. And stiff it is. There is no return to center. This makes for some unsafe driving conditions. I am concerned that this condition will no resolve itself anytime soon if at all. Most of the recommendations I have read online regarding this condition say that with the proper torque procedure followed during installation that the steering should be smooth with normal return to center and no break in period required.

First I had shopped around my needs and Big O appear to be the best option. I showed up with my vehicle. I was treated with courtesy of professionalism. They did their inspection and in a no pressure atmosphere gave me detailed results. answered all my questions. Everything was satisfactory so I I decided to let them provide the services I needed. The service was going to take a few hours and I did want to wait there so I asked for a courtesy ride and it was provided to me. I was also offered a courtesy pick up. When I got back to Big O a few hours later to pick up my car I was still being treated with professionalism and courtesy. The repair services provided to my vehicle fixed the problems that was there. No additional unforeseen repairs and cost a rose! To my pleasant surprise I was provided :excellent service (between holidays), great competitive pricing for repair services, Big O repair service warranties. Thank you big O for the great hassle free experience I received!
