doing business with Big O for 25 yrs and most always receive great service with a smile and a good price on work done.

While on my way to my first day of work at a new job, my car got a flat tire. I was in a full panic and looked around. Two lots away is Big O Tires. I walk in nearly crying and Mike greeted me. After explaining my situation Mike went above and beyond to retrieve my car, replace the flat, get the spare inflated and save my day. All while I arrived in a taxi late to my first day on the job. Thank you! When I retrieved my car in the afternoon I wasn't able to thank Mike personally but I would like management to know what a great employee they have.

Two of my four tires came back without valve stem covers. The skid plate cover of my oil filter was not reattached properly and fell off.

The Staff at Big O tires got thrown a curve ball and hit it outta the park. I had 4 tires balanced which had previously been balanced at another shop. Big O balanced my tires with stick on weights. The difference was immediately noticeable, very smooth. I drove to the light and a clicking sound was coming from the brakes. Turned out that one of the weights was rubbing a brake caliper. I took it back as they were closing they put hammer on weights and told me to bring it back next day. I did bring it back and they re-balanced 4 tires no charge.

Mark Fultz was absolutely amazing to me and my 3 boys that came in for an alignment on my hubs truck. We left to go to Walgreens after originally picking up the truck from the appt. and it had a HARD pull to the right. I didn't even need to touch the steering wheel in order to change lanes. I took it right back and Mark was very kind, came out and explained what happened, took on responsibility "for not checking it" himself and made certain to take care of it. After apologizing more than needed and offering us all water, he went back, "had the master tech take over" and after about an hr and redoing the whole alignment we were on our way and on the way home the truck felt good. I haven't personally driven it since that day as it's my hubs truck BUT he said it seems aligned now and has no complaints. I am happy with the service, we are all people and things happen. Considering I had a migraine that day and my 3 boys with me, I HONESTLY appreciated the service Mark provided and even though there was a hiccup it all worked out. I'm glad they fixed it and just as importantly treated me with kindness and respect even after returning with confusion! Thank you Mark for helping us!

Company was very helpful. Had a full schedule for a Saturday and still allowed me to drop car off for tires and an alignment. Car was completed before closing.

They were so helpful my tire blew out and my spare tire did not work for my car and they gave me a loaner tire to use to get to the tire shop.

After I came home and parked in the garage, I had a large fluid spill on the floor. It hasn't occurred since or while parked any where else. And it's too far to drive back for a check up. I've never had any leaks prior to this service.

Good service. They knew what they were doing. $250.00 less then the other tire shop in town, but still nation wide service,etc.

Big O Tires are as always been my go to tire, brake, alignment shop, when they st as red opening at 7 am and not closing until 6 pm, I really was impressed
