Great service. Mark was super helpful with explaining what needed to be done on my car. Another associate (unfortunately I don't remember his name) gave us a lift home and was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Great shop, I come to this Big O for all of my automotive needs.

My son in law told me months ago I needed tires. I went to my usual place for an oil change and tire rotation, they did not say I needed tires. I came to big o and they changed my oil and told me I needed new tires. I had the old tires for 8 years. I feel big o knew what they were doing.

Great service. I just thought you could do something more. I thought they were just bieng lazy kind of and didn't really want to do it right. Even though I brought it back 4 times to re check it. It's ok though. The last time I decided it was enough and I was ok with it even though I don't think they did anything to my car just put it on the rack. I just got tired of bringing it back with no results. In the long run,I'm okay with it now. I just wish they would have explained to me more of what was really going on. Just feel like cause I'm a woman that I wouldn't know anything of what they were doing. Which was nothing cause I had to bring it back every time. Same thing. I'm not upset though. Just got tired of trying and bringing it back. Otherwise,great service. Thank you.

Needed a quick oil change, they fit me in, and I was out in about an hour, even without an appointment.
