Big O Tires

Mark Fultz was excellent! The shop was so very busy, but he took care of me as if I was the only customer there. He took the time to show me my worn rotors and told me what needed to be done. I was very impressed and grateful for his time and attention.

All went great. The wait was a little long, but they had trouble aligning the steering wheel.

My car feels great, even had a competitors price honored... all thanks to Mark - my fellow Rican (he'll know what I mean). He had me laughing & even was able to give great customer service to others while assisting me all in a timely manor. It was great, he deserves a raise! Will be back for my alignment:)

These guys are awesome. I'd found a corporate coupon for $10 off an oil change on my phone before coming down. I couldn't find it on my phone when I came in so they found it using their computer. They printed it out for me so that I got my discount! Excellent customer service!

Brought car in for brakes and ended up also needing tires which I was not aware of. Three bald tires. Staff was excellent courteous and friendly very knowledgeable I've been there with my truck and with my car and will be returning in the future

I can always count on excellent service at Big 0. Jesus is a great manager and is very helpful. There has been a couple of times where my wife had a "car repair" emergency and Jesus got her right in and corrected the problem. Thank You and keep up the good work.
