Came in for two tires, front brakes and oil change. Dropped my truck off and was called back 4 hrs later, Done The guys up front are great and the prices Bar None the best in town. They don't try in Anyway to over sell you on anything and I will be bringing my Wifes car there Soon for 4 tires and Service. Love these Guys

First I had shopped around my needs and Big O appear to be the best option. I showed up with my vehicle. I was treated with courtesy of professionalism. They did their inspection and in a no pressure atmosphere gave me detailed results. answered all my questions. Everything was satisfactory so I I decided to let them provide the services I needed. The service was going to take a few hours and I did want to wait there so I asked for a courtesy ride and it was provided to me. I was also offered a courtesy pick up. When I got back to Big O a few hours later to pick up my car I was still being treated with professionalism and courtesy. The repair services provided to my vehicle fixed the problems that was there. No additional unforeseen repairs and cost a rose! To my pleasant surprise I was provided :excellent service (between holidays), great competitive pricing for repair services, Big O repair service warranties. Thank you big O for the great hassle free experience I received!

the instore personnel were always helpful and informative during my years of visiting the store.

They found a worn belt, that had given me problems the week before, and it was replaced. I did ask about a warning light, and what might be done. That was somehow not addressed or fixed.

I love that Mark always is so friendly and helpful and they do a great job and get me in and out of there quickly. I also noticed how great they were with other customers while I was there. Super busy and still attentive as they were trying to process folks out. I sent my Mom in to get tires and they were awesome with her and she was so happy she went there. They helped her save a lot on her tires and that had her going back to get her car services at a later day when, again, they made sure they used a coupon to get her a discount. Thank you Mark and staff.
