Good service. They knew what they were doing. $250.00 less then the other tire shop in town, but still nation wide service,etc.

My son in law told me months ago I needed tires. I went to my usual place for an oil change and tire rotation, they did not say I needed tires. I came to big o and they changed my oil and told me I needed new tires. I had the old tires for 8 years. I feel big o knew what they were doing.

Needed a quick oil change, they fit me in, and I was out in about an hour, even without an appointment.

Jesus took great care of me at the counter. The crew installed 2 tires on my trailer while I waited and it all took less than 30 minutes. I am VERY PLEASED with Big-O Oroville.

Very happy with how courteous I was treated. Installed my tires right away. Mechanic walked in right after job was finished and completed transaction so I could be on my way asap.
