Jesus took great care of me at the counter. The crew installed 2 tires on my trailer while I waited and it all took less than 30 minutes. I am VERY PLEASED with Big-O Oroville.

Stopped by my local store about a brake issue one month after getting new tires. Mark saw a small issue with a tire and offered to replace that tire under a warranty. I will be returning now to get the brakes done. Thanks Oroville Store!!!!

Quick friendly service

All the employees where great! But the one that stood out was the bearded fella. I was a les Schwab guy until until I went into the big O in oroville. And if all big O tires are like the oroville location I will be a big O guy from now on. Thanks guys.

My appointment time was kept within 15 minutes. The mechanic had a concern about a minor issue and had to check with the supervisor before making a correction.

I bought 4 trailers and had them installed. As usual Mark recommended the best tires for my needs and made the installation as convenient and painless as possible!!
