I got there at opening and it was already slammed! Despite that, I received amazing customer service. When I went back to pick my car up, they recognized me (as I walked up) and were so kind. I have work I need done on another car and I will definitely be bringing it to your shop! Thank you for making me feel valued!

Excellent customer service, the best I have had in a long time and everyone was very friendly. Jesus took time to research different tires and prices for me. Then when it was time to install the tires they gave me a ride to work. Thank you Big O tires in Oroville.

....went to have tires checked for low inflation, the service person found a nail in tire and offered to stay late to fix tire. Problem solved. Just want you want when you need help, getter fixed. thank you Frank
