Big O Tires

Diagnosed a faulty alternator and got it replaced and fixed in short order. Everything seems to be back to normal and running good.

i drive 70 miles to come to this shop...i could go 45 miles to another shop. the customer service is outstanding.

In for just an oil change. Set up an appointment earlier, they were ready on time, recommended a new air filter, which was replaced. Very happy with the service.

I showed up a half hour before opening. The crew brought me in, helped me pick out tire and had my pickup on the rack before 8:00. After completing a minor repair, my tires were installed and I was on my way in under an hour. The service was friendly, competent and inspired confidence. The price was great. Overall a very positive experience.

My over all experience was great. We have been using Big O in Oroville forever! They are friendly, apologized when the wait took longer than expected...even though I was in no hurry. They offered water and took the time to explain whay I needed and why. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
