The employees were very kind and efficient. They offered me services for issues that need attention. They got me in and got me out asap. Shop looked nice and clean. Definitely going to be a returning customer.

Dear Mr. Jim Miller, I want to tell you I how happy and pleased and grateful I am with the awesome service I received recently at your Oroville Big O...Your employee Josh Dunham is amazing...you must be very proud of him...he offered me a great deal to fix my brother's Toyota Tacoma that I use to run errands for my elderly mother and to take her to her Doctor appointments... We had given up getting the truck fixed because a few months ago "Dirk's Automotive Service in Oroville had quoted a price of $2000 for all 4 ball joints on the front end. My brother couldn't afford it, and I kept driving the truck with great anxiety. But when I mentioned this to Josh when I came last Wednesday to have the tires rotated (because we bought the tires from you), Josh offered a much better and feasible price compared to Dirks! I called my mom and brother with Josh's offer and they very happily accepted his offer. After talking to Josh and only because of Josh, we will be bringing our old little Toyota pickup into your little shop to service the new "ball joints"�(these new ball joints that Josh installed have grease ports and are serviceable-the stock ones were not. Also we want Josh at your shop to change the engine oil at the same time...Really I have come to trust Josh with our truck because of his obvious honesty and amazing skill and because he put the parts in..(of course I don't mean that Josh personally has to service our truck every time we bring it in!...of course we trust all your guys and Josh's co-workers. Something else Josh did for me...I had brought in some old stock steel rims for the truck...I hated the chrome ones on the truck...but the rims had old unusable tires on them and were beat up and a little rusty...I was just gonna have Josh take the tires off and I would bring the rims somewhere else and I would look for someone to fix the dingy corroded rims...but I was afraid I couldn't afford that, so Josh offered to clean the rims and throw some paint on them for me and I couldn't believe it...how cool...if Josh did that I could have the rim conversion thing done and the Ball Joints replaced (also Josh installed new bearings on the front end and alignment) all in one day! Long story short, Josh really helped me and my family...he provided most excellent service at a great and affordable price, saving us not only money but a lot of time as well. Sorry for the length of my story Mr.Miller, but my mom, brother and I are so grateful to you and Josh and your shop, that I felt compelled and duty bound to share this good story with you, the owner. Thanks again Mr.Miller to you for your store and your amazing employee Josh and all the professional and kind employees at Oroville Big O. Looking forward to coming back in for oil change and the regular service on the new Ball Joints Josh installed. My vehicle was serviced for an oil change, and a complimentary tire rotation was performed. The service didn't take long and was out the door within 30 min. I am pleased with the quality and overall service.

Always a pleasant experience

I've been coming here since I started driving so you guys are like brothers to me. I appreciate you guys aligning my van hassle free it was really refreshing if not because of different mechanics giving bad service to compare it too. I might get tires from you guys and I highly recommend Big-O for anyone who does long distance driving get tires from you guys but honestly most repair services through you guys are more expensive but I was willing to pay for piece of mind that day and you guys were close and I needed anyone with an alignment machine and since I had a history with you guys I trust you guys and I appreciate that. Ok have a good day.

I arrived a few minutes for my 11:30 AM appointment on June 7th. I told the guys at the counter I had an elderly mother at home by herself and I would appreciate it if they could get the tires installed as soon as they could. It apparently was a quiet moment so both the guys at the counter went to the back and helped the technician install the tires. They had them finished in 30 minutes! I was really grateful they got them done so fast.

I had a nail in my tire and it was in the sidewall and could not be repaired! I called the store to see if you sold Michelin tires and was told yes! I had to order the tire, I paid for the tire, and the salesman told me that it would come the next day, which it did. I came right over and the tire was replaced and I am happy person. Everyone was really nice at the store and with the type of tire that I have to have for my Toyota RAV 4, and if I pick up another nail, God forbid, I will be at Big O Tires!

Everything I needed for my car was completed. I was going to Chico because I did not know who could work on my Honda, here in oroville. Glad to know big o is full service. I do not worry, that they are telling me I need things that I do not, just because I am a woman. Thank you
