I owned my own shop for almost 20 years and I know how hard it is to get good help. Mark and the rest of your crew were awesome! Stopped by my local store about a brake issue one month after getting new tires. Mark saw a small issue with a tire and offered to replace that tire under a warranty. I will be returning now to get the brakes done. Thanks Oroville Store!!!!

All the employees where great! But the one that stood out was the bearded fella. I was a les Schwab guy until until I went into the big O in oroville. And if all big O tires are like the oroville location I will be a big O guy from now on. Thanks guys.

The guys are great and always welcoming. They have a good knowledge base and can answer all my questions. I feel like I am taken care of here like family and it makes me feel safe.

My 5 new BFG/KO2's were ordered overnight and was ready to mount the next day. Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and Devon at the counter was very professional and everyone was very friendly. For being a Tire store it was extremely clean and all the employees had uniforms and smiles. When I was paying the bill and receiving the paperwork I was impressed with being given a printout of how my Jeep's alignment was out and it showed the computerized correction that it was given. When driving the canyon back home I felt at ease knowing that my Jeep was worked on by professionals and when I got home I told my wife that's where we'll take her car for now on also. Thank you Big O of Orville, very fast ordered overnight, I arrived late at 2:30pm, received a lube and oil change, front end alignment and 5 new tires mounted and balanced and I was back on the road by 4:20, that's pretty awesome in my book.

I have the top rating on this review for one sole reason and that is Mark. I've been into the store twice. I came back the second time because he was so professional and friendly. He should get a raise or promotion. Best customer service I've experienced anywhere for a long tine.

The guys at Big O are great. I explained I had a weird bouncing when losing traction. They offered to check for free. Found out strut was bad, something the dealership didn't find. Replaced them and no more weird bouncing. My only complaint would be it took a long time.

The staff clearly and professionally explained what I needed for my car, which tires would be best and why and what future repairs I need to consider. They did NOT pressure me into completing repairs now but explained a reasonable timeframe I should consider.

My appointment time was kept within 15 minutes. The mechanic had a concern about a minor issue and had to check with the supervisor before making a correction.

Had a major flat! The guys are friendly My car was done within the hour. So glad they were open on Saturday

Mark has energy, passion and knowledge, a great smile and most attentive.

Came in for an oil change, and knew I needed front brakes. They stated they could have me out under two hours, which they did with plenty of time to spare. Very happy were the work, and promptness.

I have always received great customer service and prompt service.

only issue was no call Monday when suppose to especially when they had jeep whole weekend... ? other than that everything was great!!
