Best staff all of the staff especially Mark is phenomenal . The staff is quick, honest and very very reliable. No upselling Just honest estimates given with several choices to chose from. I highly recommend Big O tires of Oroville over any local tire company, Oh and by the way Big O tires is more than just tires they offer several other services as well.

I can't say enough about these guys. They were great and treated me like I was the most important person there. I have never trusted these places before but I must admit that I do now and I will not take my car to any other place. Thank you so much.

Took my vehicle in after finding one tire almost flat at 4 PM on Christmas Eve. They were very accommodating even though they were finishing their last customer so they could close they fixed my flat as soon as they were free. Very thankful for Oroville's Big O quality service & nice employees!!

I needed my front breaks done and my Husband called to make an appointment. They are always friendly and genuine there! I dropped my car off and they had it ready in a little over an hour! I was amazed! Great value, great service and honest people. Will be bringing all our vehicles there from now on.

After a bad experience at another shop, Big O in Oroville was able to schedule me quickly and answer all my questions. They were really so great, and I will be scheduling future appointments with them.

Great service! You guys discovered a tear in my tire! Even though you didn't have my trucks brand of tire you were still able to replace it with a similar style because I could not wait for a few days for an ordered wheel to come in! Thank you very much! Trish

The guys here are so polite! and always greet customers with a smile. They explain needed repair in a manner in which I can understand. They have never tried to sell me repairs I didn't need. I feel like I get treated with respect and honesty. In recent purchase of a pre-owned vehicle, they inspected a couple different cars for me and the charge was more than reasonable. I won't go any other place for my vehicle maintenance and repairs.

To: Jim Miller Owner Big O Tires During the past two years, I've had suspension work, new tires, radiator R & R, and oil changes done at Big O on my Mazda SUV, and my wife's Chrysler Van. Jesus and Mark (last visit) have been my main contacts. The customer experience has been simply outstanding in every way possible. The recent problem "front-end clunking noise"� was a bit difficult to verify, but persistence prevailed and the stabilizer bushings were found to be worn. After replacement and realignment, the van drives really smooth and quiet. Thanks again guys!
