Big O Tires

I had a flat. I called Big-O Tire just before closing. Marcus answered and walked me through the process. I towed the car in the next day. I have an AWD car. I worried if the tire was repairable. Otherwise, I might need a new set of tires. Thankfully, Marcus and his team were able to fix the tire, and back on the road. Thank you!

Jordan was awesome. The technician that came to do the mobile tire change was wonderful and 10 stars for both.

This is my third visit to this location this time for an alignment. I scheduled an alignment because I had been offered the free check on last visit for an oil change. I appreciate that the staff is not commending work that I do not need and helping me schedule regular maintenance work in order to keep my car tip top. I have used a Groupon on my visits, it was easy and I didn't feel like less of a customer for using one. I will continue to use this shop for my car care needs and have recommended my brother do also.

I have had good experinces going to this store for simple mainternace, and to buy tires. Good people work there! I just wish it good be a little quicker.
