Big O Tires

I came in with a damaged rim and needed new tires. I talked to Will over the phone and in person and he was very helpful.

Staff is always friendly and courteous. Technicians are responsive and professional. Always happy with the work performed by Big O.

This review is about Hector! hector was the friendliest, most consistent, kindest customer oriented service person I have encountered in a long, long time! My car had a problem because the tire pressure sensors kept coming on and Hector throroughly, calmy and quickly explained the problem, the solution and executed it. He never lost his patience with me. It's easy to see why he is the store manager.

Big kudos to Early and his staff. When our two Honda cars needed tires, we went to Costco; but Costco could not supply them from their offerings. Having bought tires previously from Big O, that's where we went next. Not only did Big O have the tires we wanted, but they saved us some money, too! After the sale, both cars needed a rebalance of the tires (definitely not Big O's problem) and these were handled with dispatch. Good job all around.

Good service, very satisfied

Employee whose first name is Early made it his business to give me accurate timelines and options to leave my car or wait. He said he would let me know when the parts came in and if he could finish my car same day. Thankfully he got the part, put brake pads on and I was out the door. Excellent customer service! I made an appointment to have new tires installed on my nephew's car and a 100,000 mile service. My nephew got there early and the car was on the lift getting worked on before our appointment time. Thank you for doing the work quickly and finishing on time. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back again!

Very professional place. Good service. I just went for an alignment check. I had anappointment and evrything went fast. I just noticed that the aligment cost had major increase.

Customer service is excellent. Service is so fast, they finished less than one hour. Received great price for oil change and tire rotation. I already have recommended to friends.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. The wait time is reasonable. The cost wasn’t higher than any other place, and the price was lowered by Marvin, who applied a coupon to the fee. A coupon that he provided when I got there. They pay attention to details, and I was quite satisfied. I’ll be back.
