Took a little longer then you hope for a routine oil change and tire rotation but saved about $60 for full synthetic!! Guys are knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a screw in my tire, there were no appointments available online so I just dropped in. I was seen right away. I was also able to purchase new windshields wipers and have them installed. My entire time waiting was not more than 45 minutes.

Great service and fair price on tires, polite staff very efficient advised me of issues regarding services I should address now or in the future. Will return again if I require auto service.

They could not lift my Rivian R1T without the necessary pucks. I ordered the pucks and returned the next day to have them installed. This was not an issue caused by the staff, just something I was unaware of that they explained in detail. They also explained the risk of not having the correct tools.

Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Work was done with the highest quality! Provided a quoted update for factory maintenance needed. They were just Great!!

The people who worked there were very friendly. I'm terrible with names, so don't remember his name (Brian?) communicated the price, explained why the tire would be able to be repaired, checked to see if the tire was purchased by BigO originally and communicated via text to let me know it was ready. when I arrived, he said he would try to get my car ready sooner and to wait in the waiting room. Friendly and professional staff.
