Big O Tires

I appreciated that my car was taken in at the appointment time and the work wS completed in the stated time frame.

Had to order the tires I wanted. Process moved quickly and they called when tires arrived. Drop off and pickup went smooth. Store manager was great at check out and explained things specific to my vehicle that were relevant.

I like that they remember us, and when we walk in the door we are greeted by name!

Staff is always friendly and efficient. They also make sure to always give me the best discount or promotion available.

Went in for an oil change and told them I was taking a long trip. They checked the fluids on my car and did a quick general look. Thank you for doing that in a timely manager. I appreciate your professional and kind manner.

Like always they took care of my car, fixed a tire and had it done in good time, especially since I didn't have an appointment.

I made an appointment for an oil service and when I got there I was a few minutes late and Eric Westmoreland is the person I spoke to and he told me that they were a little bit behind and if I wanted to leave my car that would be fine and I told him that's okay I'll just wait. I was expecting to wait for at least an hour, maybe hour and a half because there was other people in front of me. I don't think it took more than 40 minutes. I was relaxed. It was nice and cool inside and also clean. Eric was very helpful, professional and I appreciate that very much and I will return for more than just an oil change. Thank you, Eric and Big O

I think the desk tech's name was Pablo. He was answering three phone lines and taking care of several clients in the waiting area. He was calm, professional and really courteous. He gave each person individual attention, did a great job and made it look easy.

Eric is a great manager. His staff respect him. And I find the service provided to be excellent

I had a tire go flat on the freeway in the late afternoon, just before leaving on vacation. Stressful. They stayed late to get it fixed, and it was free. That kind of service is hard to find.

I always know my car is in excellent hands here. Everyone who works here is great! Fast, friendly and honest service.
