The guys was great to work with and the work was done when they said it would be.

Both my husband and I have been going to the Napa Big O Tires Location for well over 22 years and we have always been very satisfied with the customer service we get. We absolutely love the manager, Eric. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to go above and beyond for his customers. The technicians are top notch where it comes to the cars and trucks. I will always give a 10/10 rating for this location and 1000 percent for the staff and manager.

Service is wonderful, in addition to any problem I bring in regarding my car, the Big O Service Team dos a thorough job to solve the problem and keep my care up to date on maintenance. I have bragged about Eric's service to a number of friends, and some now take their car to Big O Tires in Napa. I have had nothing but great experiences with Big O Tires, always very helpful , kind and timely.

I have been going to the Napa Big O Tire store since 1992 when it was well-run by the original owners. They were great. Since then it has changed ownership several times and the service ranged from ok to really bad. Eventually, I stopped going there and went to the Benicia Store (long drive). Over the past several years, it has come under new ownership with a new manager (Eric) so I tried them again. Wow! It is like the original owners again. The mechanics know their stuff, they do what they say they will do, ON TIME and at a reasonable price. When I was younger and had a shop, I used to work on all my trucks (gas and diesel). I won't let just anyone do it today but Jake and his brother James are awesome mechanics and Eric is a solid, knowledgable, fair, and professional manager. Big O Napa gets all my tire, wheel and major work now and I am glad because they are local and on top of it. Be sure to call ahead and MAKE AN APPOINTMENT because they are really busy all the time. Appointment customers receive their service on time as specified. Walk-ins get worked into the schedule but sometimes have to wait as one would expect. Thank you Eric, Jake, James and crew. BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS, HAVE NO PLM WITH THE BIG O TIRE HERE NAPA. I HAD RECOMMENDED TO FREINDS GOING THERE, THEY TOO SATIFIED.

I always have a very good experience at this Big O. Great general manager, great tire services, pleasant place to hang out, and they get the work done in the time they state.

The service price was much lower than Lexus dealership. Though they didn't have time during my morning appointment to replace the left headlights amber-light, they had me come back at 4:00 PM and replaced light bulb at no cost. That was very nice of them.

Eric is the best, always make sure you are satisfied with the service. He is very efficient and always give equal attention to customers. Highly recommended place to get quality service.

Eric and staff are always so friendly and helpful. I totally trust this shop and their knowledge. I am a loyal returning customer and wouldn’t trust dropping my car off at any other shop than this location.

Eric was very knowledgeable and nice. He let me know what needed to done to drop off my truck and trailer. After I was late, he made it happen still. I added more services to be completed and he still got it done!

Had to order the tires I wanted. Process moved quickly and they called when tires arrived. Drop off and pickup went smooth. Store manager was great at check out and explained things specific to my vehicle that were relevant.
