Excellent service.

My husband and I are long time customers to the Big O Tires and we have always been treated excellent. We respect the hard working and very knowledgeable workers. We truly appreciate the Manager Eric. He treats us so well and is always there for us when we have issues with our cars. I actually do not go to anyone else to work on my cars because I know that the job will get done correctly.

The staff took great care of me, showed me the best solution and delivered very quickly. Very satisfied.

Quick work and always friendly

Napa Big O does all my vehicle (4) maintenance/repair work. It requires I travel at least 30 miles round trip for service. I do this because I trust the facility manager, Eric, to properly ID the problem or recommend the proper service requirements needed for my vehicles. Eric then ensures the repairs/services are completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I have never had a bad experience at Napa Big O. I believe in good customer service and Eric and his crew have never let me down.

The shop and the manager are great, always helpful, lots of great products, very knowledgeable and they go the extra mile to provide a great service that fits your needs in every way. Been a Big O customer since the 1970’s, I think that says it all.

They helped right away and were able to answer any questions I had. They were super fast on the truck and we were able to pick up the truck the exact day we needed. Definitely going back in the future!

Front desk customer service person (Eric) competently handles many customers seemingly at one time (both in-person and phone calls) pleasantly, communicatively and efficiently. He listens to customers concerns and relays orders back to service staff.

Big O' Tires' Napa Location has exceeded my expectations. The manager, Eric, was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle that needed work. He took the time to physically show me what my vehicle needed and when it will need to be done again in the future, which was really helpful to plan for. He also gave me some good tips around the area of where I can get a smog check for a good/reasonable price. He understood where I was financially, and was willing to offer credit card options through the location itself, as well as addressing coupons (groupons) through their site. Overall, Eric shows sincere care in his customers' satisfaction, and I applaud the hard work that is put in.
