Big O Tires

The fixed a big problem. My warranty was gone on my alligment for tires I bought 2 years ago and now they have a program where I could get 3 years Of alignment for $209.99 no tax. I went for it because I remember I spent around $1300 for a set of tires and alignment with the right tire pressure and Rotation saves tire where and it's a lot safer.

Price of tires comparable or less than other tire service centers. Ease of scheduling appointment. Tires in stock.

Professional service

I use Big O as my regular maintenance place for my car.

Courteous service. Very communicative. Good and clear service and instructions.

After oil change there's a smell of burning oil -

Service was excellent and staff were very detailed in completing the work.

Fantastic, in terms of service! The store could be a tad cleaner (restroom, service desk). One pet peeve-please get back into the habit of training your staff in covering the driver's side seat and flooring! When I got back my vehicle after service, the floor, some of my driver's side door panel were full of dirt and grease-this is not acceptable-most definitely a demerit point! PLEASE KEEP MY CAR CLEAN! HOW WOULD YOU FEEL SEEING YOUR FLOOR AND DOOR PANEL SOILED? That's All, Folks!
