Big O has done a lot of work on my car, they never fail to get it done...I've never had to go back with a follow up problem... they fix it the first time!!! In fact this morning Will fixed a problem caused by Jiffy Lube...got in by a little after 7, Will solved the problem had me out in 30 minutes... Highly recommend Big O on Geary in SF!!! Get in early...very busy shop!

I got a groupon that really helped with the cost of replacing tires. I liked that the location was just 10 min drive from my house. The time between going in to talk about my options and tires being replaced was just a couple days, then the actual service was less than an hour. Well done!

Despite a little longer service time than I expected because one of the TPSM sensors I brought in was defective, the technician and the shop manager did a great job of keeping me informed. I also observed how thorough and patient they were with other customers, too. All of this happened on a miserably hot day in San Francisco, but everyone in the shop just did their work and didn't complain.

One of my tires was losing air pressure and the service reps were able to repair it at no cost. I added an alignment service which was promised to be ready in 90 minutes. That was fine with me.

I carried two wheels into the store (tires were so bad the car wasn't safe to drive) and the staff didn't bat an eye. They just said, "Two new tires?"� and we were on our way. The tires I wanted weren't in stock but they got them for me and everything was ready to go by mid afternoon.

We had to special order all-terrain, snow friendly Cooper tires for our station wagon. Tony was awesome at every step of the way. Clear communication. Transparent pricing. Good data (before and after) on the alignment. He also didn't push any unnecessary services.

I appreciated being able to schedule an appointment online. Agent was courteous, helpful. Liked having a comfortable place to wait. Only issue for me was finding it!! I went around the block once because I missed it. I was expecting a much bigger operation.
