Appointments were readily available online and confirmed through emails. The customer service representative was very polite and informative when I first called in. The Redwood City rep even called me back to let me know about how long the job would take as I'm sure he gets a lot of those calls. Job was done exactly on time when I came back. He gave a thorough explanation of my wheel alignment issue and how they corrected it. I also saw how he professionally handled phone calls coming in. Great customer service!

My cars engine light went on which is never a good sign! I brought my car in for diagnosis and repair. Sandra was my service representative. First off, I needed a ride to work in the morning as I arrived late. She arranged that and got me there in time. Sandra called me 1 hour later with the bad news. The cost for the part I needed was significant. Sandra helped as much as she could to bring down the price of the labor. Told me about a Groupon coupon that was available to help. She communicated with me during the entire process. Unfortunately, the part did not arrive that day. But as soon as it arrived the following day Sandra notified me and began the job. I'm happy to say my car is now fixed and I'm on the road again. Thank you Sandra!

I got there before my appointment time and person mentioned it to me and I told him that I was just going to leave the vehicle there and he can just call me when it "s done he was happy to hear that and I told him if it going to take time I am happy to pick it up next morning but he said he would finish it by late afternoon so he called me like 5.15pm that the truck was ready for pickup and me having a Body shop business was happy what he has promised and kept his words but I could not make it over there that evening I got stuck here at shop with customers next morning I visited first thing and told him I am sorry I got busy yesterday evening He said not a problem made me happy and told him he is getting all my wheel work business since I was using some other company before was all of sudden getting bed work from them thanks to all who worked on the vehicle
