Big O Tires

These people have a lot of heart and great customer service. We were on our way to the hospital when we got a flat tire. Sandra was very helpful and understanding. We is by far the best customer service person we have ever met. If you are looking for a tire company with heart, Sandra at Big O is the place you should go.

This was for my daughter's car who is in school in CA and I am in VA so I was concerned about managing the process from so far away. Bill took time to understand our budget and came back with a solution that solved our needs within a reasonable price range. Definitely will go back for service at this location.

Tire rotation and wheel alignment done promptly. I was here for this service six months ago, which was also handled well. I would highly recommend.
