I was very pleased with the customer service (woman) and prompt attention within seconds of arriving. By the way, I went to Pep Boys, waited 20 minutes without a simple welcome and can we help you. I left and and spent over $500.00 at Big O.

Repaired flat tire at no charge as promised. It was one withing 30 minutes.

I called early in the morning to report a flat tire. He said to bring it in and I explained I needed AAA. Four hours later when AAA finally showed up, he still said to just bring it in. he handled my need quickly despite being very busy. Put my car up on lift within 10 minutes while I waited. He showed me that all my tires were showing extensive wear; gave me a quote for 4 tires; explained the pricing (better than last time - same car, same dealer, same Michelin tires, though different model). He still managed to get my new tires on in about 2 hours after that.

I went in to repair a slow leak. Made a same day appointment and tire was patched in <1 hour. Everything has held up, 24 hrs later.

I purchased a set of tires from RWC Big O back in Jan 2022. A couple of months later, I moved to San Mateo. The TPS light came on and I made an appt at the San Mateo location. When I got there the rep said it was a four hour wait, even with an appt. I called the RWC location and Service Rep (Bill) said he would squeeze me in if I got there within the hour...without an appt. Bill took the time to explain the problem. The wait wasn't long, and they were able to rotate my tires and re-calibrate the tps sensory system. I noticed that as I waited other customers came in and Bill's main response was 'no problem, we'll help you out'. What wonderful customer service! Thank you, Bill and team, your efforts and help were very much appreciated.

Efficient. They had several tire options at different price points to choose from. The price was easy to understand online including all taxes and fees. The service person was friendly. The shop was busy, but I got in the same day.

Once again the service and repair here was excellent. Israel always takes the time to explain everything so we can understand. This time I took my friends truck in for repair. It runs beautifully now. I recommend Big O Tires in RWC to friends and co workers. Thank you!

Once again the Redwood City shop afforded me excellence in service, following up from my last visit with a few minor adjustments and then performing a full tune-up as requested. Their attention to detail and willingness to "go the extra mile", is what makes them my go-to-shop! Thanks again!
