Big O Tires

I prefer this place to get my oil change over all other places. The service is always excellent, any questions I have are answered respectfully, and I know I can trust them to do a good job. The location is also great because I can go do my shopping at Target across the street while waiting for my car to be serviced. I will come back to this place each time for my future oil changes.

Came in for a brake check, and told they were fine. However was informed I needed tires and purchased those

I used them a couple days ago and they went above and beyond to help me. I am indebted to them. They were so nice and saved me from having to drive home with a unstable tire.

So much cleaner and friendlier than the Wheelworks I had been going to for years.

I have come about 3 times to this Big O service center for tire rotation and wheel alignment for my 2010 Honda Civic. Always I have had courteous, prompt service. Now they have added online appointments for added convenience. I highly recommend this service center.

I used them a few days ago and I was in and out in about 25 mins!

When I scheduled my appointment a day before, I was seen the very next day! Upon arrival, I was told it would take an hour which it did.! Bill, the manager and his team were great! I can tell this is a team that everyone loves to come to!

Able did a great job of squeezing me in for an oil change and rotation before an unexpected road trip...they are awesome!

Friendly staff

I had a simple tire repair, but the team was excellent. Friendly, quick (while I waited) and direct in explaining the cost.

The staff Stephanie is super helpful and friendly. And the service was done fast which saves me a lot of time.

I damaged my sidewall and they got my tire changed very quickly and were able to accommodate my schedule.

I was towed here with a flat tire 30 minutes before closing. They patched my tire, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and had me out the door before closing!
