Big O Tires

I have used Big O for everything from tires to radiators to other items. Most recently I had an emergency when my car just stopped working because the fuel pump stopped working. My car was towed to Big O. They fit me in right away and took care of the problem right away.

We have been long time patrons of Les Schwab tires. They moved out of San Carlos. So we decide to try Big O! Very glad we did.

I was checked in, fast service and finished quickly in a professional manner.

The location was flexible with the times I could come in, they allowed me to come in earlier than my original appointment was scheduled for and had my vehicle ready an hour before closing after doing 3 services. The associates were all very friendly and the experience was quick and easy.

They repaired my flat tire under warranty at no charge and with no hassle. While I was in the waiting room, a technician talked to a woman who was waiting there. He carefully described a serious brake problem they had found on her van. He spoke slowly and clearly to help her understand how dangerous it was

I have had great experiences at this location and San Rafael. I wish I could say the same for the San Mateo location, which is only a mile from my home, but where I've experienced such incompetent and uncaring service that I'm compelled to drive past it to the very well-run RWC location.

I dealt with Sandra (I think.) She was excellent. I received several calls from various team members who would explain to me what the issue was or wasn't, and their recommendations. Very accommodating, and not expensive.

I had a blowout on the freeway at night and had AAA tow me to Big O. I made an appointment and explained the situation on the website. I touched base in the morning and my car was ready for pickup in the afternoon. It made a rough situation recoverable.

Since my tires were under warranty, she explained that it would be done free of charge, which I did not expect. So I was highly satisfied.

Staff helped me work out a low tire situation. It turned out I had a nail in one of my tires.

It was easy to schedule my appointment. I got the service I was hoping for. The time it took to perform the service worked with my schedule. I felt confident in the service I received.
