Big O Tires

I had a leak in my tire and I was in and out within 20 min. - and they changed my wiper blades to.

I showed up with a tire issue and the folks at Big-O immediately fixed my car so I can keep going about my day. Amazingly helpful.

Not often do I write reviews....This is one occasion. My thanks goes out to Sandra and the entire team at Big O tire ship in Redwood city!! First class operation from Sandra's product knowledge and recommendations and price quotes for the work preformed on my 2001 Silver Toyota Tacoma Truck that badly need tires, Shocks, brakes and Valve cover Gaskets. All was completed except the Valve cover gaskets which will be completed soon. Thank You Sandra and Team for your professionalism. Highly recommend this place!! Sincerely , Bob Van Hoy

The team in Redwood City went out of their way to help when the tires ordered did not arrive. The manager gave me a great deal and that what they always seem to do. My daughters car has there tires because I trust them.
