The staff at Big O Tires provided excellent customer service. Mike and his team went above and beyond, attending to every customer even after hours. One thing that I can suggest is having the right tool , mechanism device etc to unlocking or removing special locks from wheels that don't carry the key. However, that is one thing that is above their ability to change and one thing that may reel away happy customers. Thank you Redwood City staff for helping me keep a safe vehicle for my family and I to travel in.

Everything thing was as I was expecting. Easy to drop my car and get the details of my services very quickly. Even there was queries which I did on call once left the location and it was easy to resolve that so quickly.

Friendliness and honesty of the staff

They were busy, but said they could accommodate me although I walked in without an appointment. They said 2.5 hours (due to workload), but were done sooner and work was done right.

The location was flexible with the times I could come in, they allowed me to come in earlier than my original appointment was scheduled for and had my vehicle ready an hour before closing after doing 3 services. The associates were all very friendly and the experience was quick and easy.

I showed up for a tire rotation, and they took my suv right away it was done in less than 30 minutes. Very good service. Thank you.

I have had great experiences at this location and San Rafael. I wish I could say the same for the San Mateo location, which is only a mile from my home, but where I've experienced such incompetent and uncaring service that I'm compelled to drive past it to the very well-run RWC location.
