Big O Tires

The staff at Big O Tires provided excellent customer service. Mike and his team went above and beyond, attending to every customer even after hours. One thing that I can suggest is having the right tool , mechanism device etc to unlocking or removing special locks from wheels that don't carry the key. However, that is one thing that is above their ability to change and one thing that may reel away happy customers. Thank you Redwood City staff for helping me keep a safe vehicle for my family and I to travel in.

Bill was amazing. I wasn't sure what tire I needed and he laid out several options and even sent me a picture of what he had in stock. He didn't have them at the location but had someone grab them from the warehouse. He set out timeliness and met those timelines on time/early. I'll definitely be coming back on my 3 personal vehicles to deal with him.

They were busy, but said they could accommodate me although I walked in without an appointment. They said 2.5 hours (due to workload), but were done sooner and work was done right.
