Henry did a great job on both the phone and in the store. Tires were replaced on time and very efficiently.

The order was placed later in the afternoon, since the door officially close at 5pm, I was not sure it would be completed but the store went beyond the closing time and finish the job with complete printout on the before/after alignment parameters. Very happy.

Andrew offered patience while he explained the process of repair as well as expected cost. Not only did he follow up via phone call with updates, he showed up on his day off to ensure my vehicle was being worked on. I couldn't be happier with the level of service he and his team provided.

Helpful and friendly employee. Work performed in good time and gave details about warranty / alignment / tire rotation services. Was happy you had the right tires in stock and were able to schedule install for them online (not having to do an order to the store, then set up an appointment separately, like competitors were offering as the only option).

Henry took care of my vintage car which was in storage for 30 years and on its rims. Mike, one of the managers, located the appropriate size tires for my 1969 Buick. Henry and his assistance went out of their way to remove my old tires, taking them back to the shop to put the new ones on my rims, returning to put them on my car. I received impeccable, courteous, conscientious, immediate service for an unusual situation with an extremely reasonable price for the tires and service.

My experience at Big O tires was really great mostly thanks to the help of the staff that is on point. The are fast and trustworthy we can see that they know what they are doing. I am glad to have this shop so close to my home

BIll was great. Knows product and was very accommodating. When the team installed my tires, they took the time to note that the windshield fluid was low and topped it off. Took the time to drive the car after installation to make sure all was well. Very impressed

they resealed my rear axles, cleaned brakes, flushed brake system and replaced master cylinder in less than estimate

I originally had a confirmed appointment time but when I arrived I was told they didn't have the tires I requested in stock and I could come back the next day. I was initially frustrated as I had set aside a couple of hours for my appointment on that day. They did offer to get the tires from another store that day, but I declined that as traffic at that time of day would have added on too much time that I didn't have that day. Instead they confirmed that if I returned the next day at the same time, they would be able to take care of the new tires and the alignment and that was exactly what they did. Just a day later than anticipated, but I was happy with the service and the new tires!
