The service took longer than expected. Service was not in good quality so I had to return to store the day after to correct the tire pressure. There was no communication of what happened that I had to return. I was just given back the keys without any word!! really no word even goodbye or thanks for stopping by! or sorry for the problem.

Great customer service. Bill and his team do a great job at a reasonable price. Tire shine application after my oil change and tire rotation was a nice touch.

Normally would not write a review but had to. Alignment was pushed further right, making my steering wheel not centered. An explanation of why would have suffice. Would not be back. Not all stores are created equal.

They charge me more then my Groupon I took care of the time part but the fell short on their honest practice. They didn't told me that they are goi g to charge extra amount in front at the end they ask me more to pay even I preapaid for the same service on Groupon.

All around poor experience. Couldn't explain why tires they put on my car were described by the website as not suitable for my vehicle. Multiple times forgot (and didn't include on work order) a service item. Were never able to complete the alignment. It has been a very long time since I've had such a poor car service experience.

Had to go in 3 times for an alignment and my steering wheel is still not straight. Called in to take my car and I was told they would get around to it. I show up and the manager told me he was backed up. Told me to come back the next day. I showed up and Andrew told me they drove the car but they didn't notice that the wheel was not straight. Told me he would fix it but that would of been my 4th time. They also touched my stereo settings. I don't see how the stereo settings has to do with an alignment.

My property was damaged and the manager had to fix it. I was threatened again, but this time he was going to turn me into Lyft and get me thrown off road if I didn't get my tires! Andrew is a scammer. My check engine light is on and now after my service, I have a $500 engine job that needs to be done! I would bet money it was Andrew!! Did not call me back to tell me service was done. I will never ever return to red wood city.

This was my first visit to this location. Service more than met my expectations. Service manager Bill was very friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Took personal attention to details of my Jeep. Went above what I would have expected. I easily recommend to others and plan to bring my other 4 cars to have service. Will also bring my wife's car

Went to get car. Was told key was lost. Employee Andrew said just get receipt from Locksmith. He said he had it in his hand when he locked the car and put it on counter. They closed up and left me there. Got there at five o'clock after walking half an hour from work. Waited hours by myself for locksmith. No one offered anything. They did not let me know before I left work. They did not call a locksmith for me. They did offer to drive me home or anywhere. No one stayed to make sure everything was safe with me. No offered for me to stay inside. I put receipt in door. Next day no phone call. I called them. Andrew tells me they have to discuss because it is so high of amount for locksmith. They did find my key at the shop. It happened on a Monday First time I get a call is on a Saturday when Andrew gave story about they will not pay because I was told to come back the next day and they will probably have key. He said I didn't listen and it was too high amount so they will NOT pay.

The store mgr. was very friendly and knowledgeable. Told me I could wait for a new battery, but it would need to replaced in the next few months. I decided to have it replaced, and appreciated that he was trustworthy. Car was clean when I drove home. Would return and recommend.

I took my car in there six times for the same problem. They never did fix it. Finally they said they don't want to work in my car anymore. They said I would get a refund for some of the money. They said corporate would mail the rebate. It's been over a month, never got a refund

I bought a Groupon deal for synthetic oil change, 21 pt inspection, and tire rotation. At the time of checkout, the Big O representative assured me that they've performed all the services described in the Groupon deal including oil change, tire rotation, and inspection (nothing was noteworthy was discovered in the inspection). To be sure, I specifically asked again and I was reassured. The store didn't know that i had marked the tired so I knew they were lying about the tire rotation. Only when I called them out on lying about the tire rotation did they start letting me know that my tires were not in good enough shape (cupping) to do a rotation. You would that that's important information to let the customer know that their tires were not in good shape as part of the inspection especially at a tire store. Anyway, because of this lie, I was doubting if they did any of the service they said they did. My Groupon deal, in the end, turned out to be more expensive than had I gone to any service station.
