Big O Tires

The wait was quite a while but other than that their customer service was amazing.

Thought the price of service was not communicated, the delivery time of completed service was exactly on time. I feel that $680 for oil, transmission, differential fluid change and an alignment was a bit high.

The work was done in a timely manner and had good customer service.

The check-in process was smooth and quick. The team was friendly and seemed to care about my tires being done correctly. They answered all of my questions before getting started. It took about an hour for the tires to be completed and then I had a quick checkout process. Thanks.

I decided last minute to move up the day to buy the new tires. The serviceman was very flexible and fit me in. He also had the car done alignment and everything in a timely fashion. I am pleased.

The service technician was very informative. He explained my options and the pros ands cons of each option. The tires wereable to be delivered the next business day and the appointment was easy to schedule. A very good experience.

Okay, I had a nail in my month-old tire. Left car; a phone call said the tire was unrepairable and I needed a new tire; estimate: $400+. I agreed. Car was not ready despite calling beforehand. Wrong tire had been sent, so told to come back. Called just past designated time and was told 20 minutes. When I arrived the "good news" was that the original tire had been repaired. While I am happy not to need a new tire, why was it even considered before trying to repair? Service questionable or unacceptable. Time of the virus and all are under stress, so I am cutting some slack. But...don't know whether to be happy or sad.

It was satisfied whit my service car

I had made an appointment, i got a notification but i was not informed that the shop didnt carry the tiredsci had preselected. Was on time to my appointment, berly when they check my preorder of tires they tell me the pre selected tires had to be order. How can this happend i made my appointment online with a week in advance how come a supervisor didnt check the appointment and my pre selected selection? It was very disappointed since i wanted all 4 tires and ended just buying 2. I feel the supervisor or someone needs to pay attention on the online appointments and the tires selection a customer makes.
