Big O is quick, easy, and they take of the car as if it is their own.

Very quick service -- 40 minutes, which was just shorter than I first expected, as I was told it would take 1 hour for the oil change. Everything went smoothly, and they accepted my Groupon Deal without any problem. Just had to pay for extra q. of oil plus tax etc. Good place.

They do what they say they will, and for the price they quoted

Very good and quick service. I recommend you to visit at 8 AM on weekday and you will be promptly get a service. Take an appointment before going. Buy a groupon coupon and then u need to pay extra 10$ for the recycling charges.

I was treated very well. I arrived with no appointment, but with a slow leak in a tire. After 1/2 hour, my tire was fixed and I went on my way. I bought my tires at Big O in Salt Lake City in October, 2020. I’m a big fan of Big O!

Quick service regular customer

Mel was so great about telling me exactly what my car needed and was able to get the work done same day. Fast!

The only negatives were the wait time which was 2.5+ hours. I got there about 8:45am and just didn't think it would take that long. When I paid I was waited on by someone orther than Hank and upon examining my invoice I noticd he charged me for the tire protection but did not ask me, so I had to have it removed. Hank was terrific in finding me a good deal and initially giving me a printed estimate.

The store manager, Bill G., is the best. He is always helpful and friendly and always explains the process and work that will be done. He has also shown a great deal of flexibility.

I made an appointment online a few days prior and when i got there at my scheduled time they said they did not receive it. They also did not receive the order for the tires that i wanted so i had to go with cheaper possibly lesser ones since i did not have time to wait around all day for them to be delivered from the warehouse.The customer service i received was good and the work was done quickly.

I have a slow leak in a rear tire on 1/2 ton pickup.Repairman removed tireand upon inspection referred to manager. Manager sited their SOP about handling old tires and rejected repair attempt. All was done in a professional manner with proper explanation.

I visited Big-O-Tire for Oil Change. I purchased a coupon from Groupon. Still, I feel that the service is expensive. But, the service is really good. I had no issues with the service. I recommend the service.

You can drop in or call 10min ahead and not feel unwanted like other locations. I live closer to another office but was always told you need an appointment even if there was availability. Average time for oil and alignmentis 1.25hrs.Staff is nice and will help save money rather than push more services before needed, this makes me come back for addl work later. Overall good service.
