I had my tire's rotated my front end needs work they were very knowledgeable,they gave me a great quote on shocks other work, they did was fast and very good, thank you big o,got my biz for life.

I went in to have front brakes replaced. They were screeching occasionally. I left while they evaluated problem and alas no brakes needed!! Mike Fludd called me and said you will be happy to no you don't need them presently. I appreciate their honesty & integrity. They could have changed them & charged me, I really will value them again for any of my vehicle services. Thxs Guys

Great service. They Get you In & Out as quick as possible, with out Jeopardizing your service and safety. Friendly & Helpful employees. If you just need air in your tires there on it. Give them a call or just stop by.

Yesterday morning, I drove in with a screw imbedded in one of my tires. A shop employee met me at my truck before I even walked into the office. He immediately determined the tire need to be repaired. Within 30mins my tire was fixed and I was on my way. Since I bought my last set of tires at that location...it was all free. It ended up being a good, hassle free day. I was very impressed with the service, employee positive attitude and repair knowledge.

My wife and I were traveling through paradise and got a flat tire. We were stranded w/ an odd size factory tire. We called to try and see if Big O had a tire and it was 5 min. To 6 (closing time) and Jared whom said his compressor was already shut down and he didn't even ask me a tire size or anything. I understand it was close to closing time but I was stranded and just needed one tire and he was very rude and ended up hanging up on me at the end of the phone call. That was absolutely uncalled for and very unprofessional. Will not ever shop big O or recommend to anyone. Les Schwab right down the road was awesome. They went above and beyond to help up get back on the road again. The one star on this rating isn't even deserved but is required to have a minimum of one to post the review.

No masks on anyone in the salesroom, customers, salesperson, no one, I had a mask and everyone look at me like I should take it off, I did not. Was told it would take one hour to do my alinement on my car, it took two and a half hours.

All seemed to start out fine when I brought my car in 8 months ago. My tires that were purchased from another Big O were failing, I was told that the other dealer would not warranty the product as they were not a "corporate" store but Privately owned, the tires on my car were less than 1 year old LESS THE 15K MILES AND CUPPING and well within the warranty period. I was assured by the Paradise Big O that the tires that THEY RECOMMENDED to purchase to replace the failed tires were the right tires for my car. So I trusted them and purchased 4 NEW tires with an alignment, These were highly recommended by Big O Paradise for my particular car and would last 30-40k miles. 8 months later (10K miles driven) I drive in because my steering wheel started shaking thinking I had a flat tire. The OWNER said that the tires were wearing on the outside edges "feathering" I was the term he used. He offered to check the alignment that he said was not done when I originally purchased the tires. Which was retracted the next day when they confirmed that the alignment was done when I purchased the tires. Long story short..., INSTEAD OF HONORING THE TIRE WARRANTY HE BLAMED THE MANUFACTURES SPECS FOR ALIGNMENT FOR THE FAILING TIRES, SAME STORY FROM THE LAST BIG O. I have a $60 K luxury car (with an excellent history of top quality). And the OWNER WANTS TO BLAME THE car manufacturer for the reason the tires failed. If the tires were going to fail based on the alignment specs from the manufactured then why didn't they say that when I purchased them. It will be a cold day in Hell before I ever buy another anything from Big O in Paradise or Oroville. DON'T BE SCAMMED FOLKS, THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS OR THEIR SERVICES, THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR WARRANTIES, SERVICE OR MOST IMPORTANTLY THEIR CLIENT.
