Big O Tires

I went with bubble on side of tire which I bought from same location. It took 2:30 hour to get it fixed. It took time to check the problem as there were two more people ahead of me.

I've been coming to this location for over 30 years, and have always been satisfied with the services provided as well as the attention given on each ocurrance. the owner and crew are top notch!! Satisfied Customer!!

I get all my service done at the store they've always taking good care of me. I can trust them. They don't try to cheat me I'm a single mother, Jason goes above and beyond to take care of me in my car and make sure everything is in good working order.They always make sure I get my coupons. I have had several cars that I've serviced over the years at the store I do all my service needs with this big O brakes tires oil changes any work that I require on my vehicle. I'm so grateful that I found this location the honesty the integrity and the common decency that they offer.

While I was there I asked a question about the headlights on my vehicle being too dark at night. I was given options to consider changing them at a price that worked for me and they were able to do it same day!

Reliable service, I feel confident taking both my cars there for all regular maintenance! They really go above and beyond at this location.

I had brought in my vehicle a couple of times for loosing air in one tire. The first time they located a screw in the tire which they repaired at no charge. The second time they found nail which they also repaired at no charge! They stated that they will get to the bottom of this and they did. Thank you for eliminating the need to fill the tire daily!

Jason and Wes did an amazing Job on my truck!! These guys know there stuff! Jason in particular has always been super helpful with my needs. I always count on him for any services for my vehicles. Its probably why I won't ever go anywhere else. I think I've been a loyal customer for about 6 years now? Guys like Jason and Wes make it feel like they got your back any services you need.

I stumbled onto the Newark outlet several years ago. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for what they do. I currently have 4 vehicles in their warranty program. If you have any elderly parents or friends, send them over to meet Jason or Christian. They will hold there hand and walk them through whatever is needed. This includes wives and any other friends

Chris was super helpful giving me right advice to repair the tire instead of replacing it since it was a fairly new tire. Would surely recommend people. Keep this up!

Had all four tires changed within an hour with appointment. Although my first choice of tire was not available they helped pick an alternative that was actually cheaper.
