The service was great. I came in to get 2 new tires. The customer service was excellent. Also they showed me underneath my car and that I had 2 oil leaks. Glad they showed me. I'll be coming back to my other 2 tires replaced.

Always a pleasure to have my car serviced at Big O, feels like coming home. Very grateful that the shop is still open despite the pandemic; my sedan needed an alignment and a pumped tire. Melissa and Christian always take great care of me, answer my questions and offer advice, and double-check my maintenance requests / to-do list. Just wanted a send a big thank you for a big team effort. In the current circumstances, I know everyone's hours are being cut, but the quality service, both at the counter and in the garage, is a constant. It's a hard time for everyone, but everyone is working hard to push through. It's just a matter of time. By my next maintenance, the shop will be bustling and crowded again, as usual!

Scheduling an Appointment was easy. Car went to the garage within 10 minutes. Completely done by one hour, 5 minutes.
