I was greeted by Josh, who was very professional and friendly, I had went online to make the appointment, this was my first time at this Big O tires , I came in for 2 tires and wheel alignment, which was priced fairly, Josh noticed that my rotors and brake pads were needed to be replaced so had them replaced fairly priced. I had a little wait but overall I was happy to know i would not have to worry on the road. I also noticed while i was there Josh was very well liked by all the customer, that speaks alot about customer satisfaction, I am truly satisfied.

STEVEN, GAVE ME A 1:00 PM APPOINTMENT, SINCE I LIVE IN FRESNO, CA. I ARRIVED AT APPROXIMATELY 12:30 PM, A FEW MINUTES LATER, MY TRUCK WAS BEING REPAIRED. MY TIRE MONITOR SYSTEM LIGHT WAS SHOWING ON THE OBC PANEL. THE MECHANIC TOLD ME ABOUT MY LEFT DAYLIGHT, LIGHT WAS OUT. THEY ROTATED MY TIRES, REPLACED THE DEFECTIVE LIGHT, AND REPLACED TWO TIRE MONITOR SYSTEMS SENSORS. AT A SUPERB PRICE. ANOTHER MECHANIC SAID THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO REPLACE THE TIRE MONITOR, BECAUSE MY TIRES WERE TOO OLD. ALSO, I WOULD HAVE TO PUCHASE FOUR NEW TIRES FOR THEM TO MAKE THE REPEARS.
