I went in for a tire rotation. Joe was pleasant, got me in and I was out the door in 45 minutes.

The sales associate seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Everything went according to plan and was very convenient.

Straightforward, honest, and never tries to upsell. I can trust sending my mother there to get her car serviced and tires rotated, and she will not be taken advantage of as a 72 old woman. Currently I exclusively take her 2016 Chevy Cruz there to get serviced for tires and oil change every six months. She doesn’t drive that much however we maintain her car every six months to make sure everything stays in good shape. I know if I am unable to take the car I can trust the guys at the San Ramon location to take good care of her if I’m not present.

Outstanding! Did my breaks quite fast & Big O went the extra mile and even replaced some faulty lamps in my Mercedes and checked another issue I had and gave excellent advice .. couldn't be happier

I was happy that Joe was able to identify the issue with my tire (it was a puncture as i thought) quickly, quote a price, and get it fixed really quick. I had actually walked to a nearby restaurant during the process and the fix was done before I had finished my meal.

Took >1hr for them to complete installation a rim on my back passenger tire. Offered doughnuts and coffee in a very well kept up clean area. And plenty of space to wait in. I took my car in and immediately had it taken to the back. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to assist me. The gentleman that were there were the same guys I talked to. They helped me go online to order my rim on a low fast shipping website. The rim looks exactly like the others so they were able to assist on that.
