Big O Tires

Marty and Chris are wonderful to work with and I enjoyed my time waiting for my tires to be installed. Marty knew what kind of tires I needed so he called me up when they were on sale. I saved $100 and it was cheaper than COSTCO. I prefer Big O because if I ever have a problem, there are more Big O's around to fix a flat. The wait at COSTCO is too long. My brother had to wait 4.5 hours and mine were done in 45 minutes. And I was entertained the whole time!

I called Big O and asked about a tire rotation and brake check, they said to come on in as they were not busy at the moment. The check up on my car was done within 20 minutes. Since I was on my lunch hour, this was perfect!!!!

Were friendly and courteous about fixing screw in tire. Over-inflated tire pressure by +15 psi over manufacturer's recommendation . . . they should know better (recommended tire pressure is on inside driver's door jamb).Otherwise, very good service.

They order me tires Monday, put them on on tuesday. Fixed my brakes and power steering while they were at it. Thanks guys!

I recently came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was great. The only issue I had was after I left and continued on with my day I realized my replacement sticker was not there. I had to make a trip back in to get my sticker. Inconvenient to have to drive back but not a super big deal.

The staff at this store is always helpful,I recently sent my daughter in to have a nail removed from her tire and the service tech fixed her right up and she was on her way with no problems,this is one reason why I will continually return .

They fixed my two RV tires that started going flat as we were driving our trailer through town. They took us right in, did the mounting right away...and got us on the road. And I think the price for the tires and labor was very fair. Good job, guys.

I do not even know how many years I have been coming here or how many of my family's vehicles EDH Big O has taken care of over those years, but I do know that I have always been welcomed with a friendly greeting each time I come in. I send my daughter there for her service needs and I do not do that lightly. I know that Chris, Marty, Eli and the others will all take good care of her vehicle to keep her safe as they do with mine.

I like Mike. NIce guy who was attentive and understood my needs.

the store was overwhelmed with customers but the staff remained calm and professional......especially when a woman came in and wanted everything to stop while her flat tire was repaired...this included her demands that other customers cars be pulled off the line to accommodate her wishes. A little entertainment always helps when waiting for your car.

I've been a customer since moving to the area 9 years ago and have always been pleased by the service I received, whether I was buying new tires or just having a tire checked, even when no purchase was made! This is my "go to"� tire shop!
