Guys were friendly. Always an easy transaction and generally less waiting time than quoted for oil change and tire rotation.

I love the Big O team in El Dorado Hills. My husband and I have been bringing our cars here for over a decade and they always provide honest service and are fast and thorough. I've recommended this location (even though there is one in my town) because of the service they provide!

Dropped off in the morning and let team know we’d not be back until after close. Car was waiting when we arrived with the documentation and spare key locked inside. Received call before they closed letting us know everything was ready for our late pickup.
