I was helped by Cody, and he was extraordinary. We wpuld have been stranded in Ukiah, but he went above and beyond to help us and get us back on the road. He was very knowledgeable about the issue, and I will strongly recommend this place and specifically him to everyone I know with car problems. Cody was an amazing help and an outstanding mechanic, and if he isn't the perfect example of what a mechanic should be, then I don't know who is.

Couldn't have asked for better folks when I found that my Subaru tires were "smoked"� during routine maintenance. Only bummer is they had buy 3get 1 free deal less than a week after I bought mine! Grrr! Any way to get that deal retroactively? Thanks for the service, in any event!

I came in for a tire rotation before my trip. And ended up having to get new tires I had a nail in one of them that was not repairable he helped me understand my warranty from my previous visit to big o and made a very stressful situation calm and not so bad! I will now forever be loyal to big o! Thank you Ed! And rob! Big o you are lucky to have men like this run your stores!

Big-O Tires went above and beyond for us - our daughter had a flat and when we tried to fix it, the jack broke and the car fell to the street and we couldn't get to it - Big-O came to the rescue with two guys, one who lifted the car so the other could get their jack under it. We got the spare on and went straight down for 4 new tires for her. Thank you so much!
